Orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled. You can also check your account in the order section for tracking.

What are my options for shipping Domestic(USA) & International (Rest of the World)?

Domestic: USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail

International: First Class International Mail & DHL Express

Timeframe until I receive my shipment?

Canada: First Class 1-3 Weeks Estimated

               DHL Express 3 Business Days

Rest of the World: First Class 2-6 Weeks Estimated

Are duty fees included in International Shipping Cost?

No. Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local office for costs.

I am impatient where is my order?

Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. We are responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
